How does it work?
- Request a free and secure Gold Exchange Pack - fill in the form on the right side of our screen requesting a free and fully secure Gold Exchange Pack.
- Complete form and provide the documents required by law.
- Send your gold and diamond items back to Gold Exchange - send your gold and jewellery items back to Gold Exchange using the free Australia Post packet - don’t worry, your items will be insured up to $15,000!
- Gold Exchange will give a free valuation - our gold and diamond expert will examine your gold and diamonds and call you with a free valuation within 1-2 business days (we will return your items at no expense to you if we don’t meet your price expectation).
If you are unable to make it in store or feel uncomfortable posting your gold and diamonds because of quantity, Gold Exchange can send an expert to give you a free valuation with no obligation to sell.
